HanIRC is a virtual network of several servers that provide irc services. Foreign IRC network(ex. DalNet and UnderNet) is for mostly English users, but HanIRC provide irc services mainly to Korean language users. As a result, for the full support for Korean on IRC, HanIRC do not link with other foreign IRC network.
For the effective irc service, HanIRC link servers are located in Korean principal ISP, and the American nodes are in both the East and the West. These HanIRC links are maintained in the state of stable and fast by HanIRC operators.

Clock add button and Insert "irc.hanirc.org" to IRC Server fileld and Insert "6666,6667,6668" to Port(s) field. |

Put the all of field. Full Name field is a your realname, EMail is a your favorite email address , Nickname is a your nickname , Alternative is a your secondary nickname. and click the connect to IRC Server.

| * /list |
- Show channel lists. |
| * /join #channel |
- Join the specified channel. If the channel is not exists, this commands make the channel, and you join that channel. |
| * /leave #channel |
- Leave the specified channel. |
| * /nick nickname |
- Change your nick name as YOURNICK. |
| * /me ACTION |
- Do the specified ACTION in channel. |
| * /who #channel |
- Show the users in the specified channel. |
| * /quit |
- Leave your channel, and quit your irc client program. |
